November 2025: monthly review

Last month (October + November 2025)

  • Danny Carmen, Caged was posted as an archive version on my website. 
  • Ass Assassin Round 3: I’m partway through a failure chapter that’s long overdue. 
  • I mostly spent a lot of creative time working on chatbots, for various reasons: they allow me to iterate on an idea very quickly, much like it was when Twine first appeared on the scene; and their experimental nature meant that I was learning how to prompt them more effectively, learning the architecture needed to support this kind of work, and so on; even after the point where I had said I wouldn’t work on any more. But in the long term, I want to go back to my current projects (Ass Assassin Round 3, Surrendr, Escape from Enderon) and finish them. 

Next month (December 2025)

  • Having created various private bots, which in my honest opinion compare really well with the better ones out there on Janitor.AI (and bearing in mind this is at the cutting edge of LLM usage for erotic purposes at the moment), I think on balance that I should just release them as and when I consider them ready, but that I’m going to pivot away from the bot work once that’s done. In the longer term, I can envisage turning a few of my bot scenarios into actual Twine games, such is the amount of planning that’s gone into them. 
  • Backlog item: all four of my games on Itch.io will receive minor updates to remove Patreon and add SubscribeStar links. 
  • Ass Assassin Round 3: I’ll complete the failure ending for this and aim to continue the main plot for this. 
  • Surrendr: remains in progress.

September 2025: monthly review

  • Ass Assassin Round 3: Finished the prep for writing the next chapters. The first chapter is here on GaySpiralStories. 

Next month (October 2025)

  • I didn’t get much else done in September, unfortunately, and I have holiday travel this month. 
  • All four of my games on Itch.io: these will receive minor updates to remove Patreon and add SubscribeStar links. 
  • I’ll post Danny Carmen, Caged as an archive version on my website. 
  • Ass Assassin Round 3: I’ll work on a failure ending for this and try to continue the main plot for this. 
  • Surrendr: I keep saying I’ll work on this, but let’s see how the month goes. 
  • I’ll be helping out with the next Plothole game jam organised by Time at some point.

August 2025: monthly review

Last month (August 2025)

  • My Patreon account was deleted, and now I’m on SubscribeStar. (Thanks to their support team for approving my account.)
    • It was probably going to happen sooner or later. But the way Patreon went about it, like with so many other NSFW creators, was quite poor really. No warning, just immediate account deletion and no serious response to my appeal. And, because memberships are tied to the same account, I can’t support the creators on Patreon with the same identity. I wouldn’t recommend them at all anymore. 
    • I spent some time dealing with the fallout, investigating alternative funding platforms, etc. 
  • I followed up with the artist I approached to work on the art for Surrendr. This is going ahead, but with no timeline as we are both busy. 
  • Publication of ‘Danny Carmen Caged’ is complete at Telemachus12.com, including an epilogue that I wrote specially for the site. 
  • Ass Assassin Round 3: I got a fair amount of prep for this complete, and plan to work on this in September. The first chapter is here on GaySpiralStories. 
  • Santa’s Sweatshop: minor update to set NPC images to be hidden by default, and update social media links. 

Next month (September 2025)

  • All four of my games on Itch.io: these will receive minor updates to remove Patreon and add SubscribeStar links. 
  • I’ll post Danny Carmen, Caged as an archive version on my website towards the end of the month. 
  • Ass Assassin Round 3: I’ll work on a failure ending for this and try to continue the main plot for this. 
  • Surrendr: I keep saying I’ll work on this, but let’s see how the month goes. 
  • I’ll be helping out with the next Plothole game jam organised by Time at some point.

A note on the tiers here: as SubscribeStar tiers are priced in USD, I’ve set them to approximate 5 and 10 GBP, which matches what I was setting on Patreon.

I added some goals/target amounts to show what I’m paying in website costs and commissioning art for Surrendr.

March 2025: monthly review

Last month (March 2025)

I haven’t been working much on my creative projects in the last few months – life has been busy. On the story front I published an account of my time at Darklands 2025 which you can read on Literotica: https://www.literotica.com/s/a-darklands-diary-2025

Next month (April 2025)

Working on Surrendr remake.

I have a couple of other projects in the pipeline:

  • I’ll be helping out with the next Plothole game jam organised by Time. You can see the results of the first Plothole jam here: https://itch.io/b/1383/plothole-loregasm-edition. More on this later!
  • Ass Assassin Round 3 is in early planning stages, working with A Voyeur Fan.

I also want to change up the tiers on this Patreon, and change the currency from USD to GBP, so for now until July, probably, I’ll be pausing billing, and there’ll be a reset in due course.
