Last month (April 2022)
Stories: Nothing to report.
Games: I did a big push on Enderon at the end of April/start of May. I finally restored some of the remaining features that were in v0.0.10 but hadn’t yet made it into the current dev version, such as the appearance window, and fixed some passage navigation bugs. Enderon is now on v0.1.0 which you can get from the #escape-from-enderon channel in the Homotextual Gaming Guild Discord server. It has some known bugs so I’ll be doing some more work on it this weekend. I plan to release the current build in the new few days.
Next month (May 2022)
Stories: None planned right now.
Games: Development to continue on Enderon. Trello board: https://trello.com/b/150woSdI/.
I’ve also been in touch with an erotica author that I’m a fan of. I’m planning to make a room escape game based on one of their stories. This will begin at some point after I get Enderon to a better state. The game will probably be made in Twine but in the style of a simple parser-based game (think Zork or Trap Quest). While the Inform engine would be a natural choice for this game, making it in Twine would mean it’s easier to distribute the final game to Itch.io and other places, and I wouldn’t need to spend months learning Inform. More details to follow in due course.
I’m around on the Homotextual Gaming Guild Discord server, where you can message me, discuss my creative projects, and grab dev builds of my current games. If you’re a fan of gay-focused interactive fiction, come and say hello!
As always, many thanks to all my patrons for your support! Thanks for reading!
just wanna say i love enderon interactive story so much, keep up the good work
